Part of our strategy in creating great content is knowing how, and where it should be seen, shared and celebrated. 

Since 2011 Stafford has run the branded entertainment department for Virgin Produced, the entertainment arm of the Virgin Group.  In this partnership, Stafford has created and produced some of the most iconic campaigns in Virgin's history including the Virgin America Safety video which won multiple awards, including being globally recognized at Ted Talks in 2014 as 1 of 10 in their "Ads Worth Spreading."  In 2015, Stafford created and launched an interactive video technology company called U•Seek which gamifies online and mobile videos to enhance brand advertising.  Since launch, U•Seek now has contracts with Universal Pictures and is working with several fortune 500 brands including Virgin America and GoPro.
